The Nordic Cooperative (NC) is a political and economic union of 5 member states that are located in northern Europe, all with similar Nordic heritage.
The Sweden, Denmark and Finland split from the European Union in 2031 after concerns that the European Council would try to use the relatively stable, oil independent economies of the Nordic nations to carry much eastern Europe, and even Germany itself out of the financial crash caused by the collapse of the oil markets.
