The Indo-Bangladesh War (8th-16th January 2033), was an invasion of the People's Republic of Bangladesh by the Republic of India in response the Bangladeshi support for the Chinese backed government in the Myanma Civil War. Bangladesh, having been crippled by mass flooding and subsequent starvation, lacked the resources or will to fight a war against India. 8 days after the war began the Bangladeshi government surrendered.
Many Bangladeshi political and insurgent groups however rejected this ceasefire, continuing a guerrilla war against the occupying Indian government.
